SK Franchise · Features

Every outlet, every rupee,
every deadline — in one office.

Head office stops chasing documents on WhatsApp and royalties in a spreadsheet. Each outlet moves through the same stages, pays by the same rules, and is settled the same way — with two people signing off before anyone is billed.

01

Application to go-live, with nothing skipped

Every new outlet follows your onboarding template. Each stage has a gate, and the gate stays shut until every task in it is done.

Documents checked by two people

A lease, a trade licence, fit-out photos — each task asks for exactly the documents it needs, in named slots. One person verifies, a second person confirms. A rejected document goes back with a reason, and the outlet sees what to fix.

Most networks onboard an outlet through a checklist in someone's head and a folder of forwarded PDFs. SK Franchise makes the checklist the gate — an outlet can't go live with a document nobody checked.

Your own template

Stages and tasks come from your onboarding template, edited in Settings.

Named upload slots

Single documents, multi-page documents, or several named files — each task says which.

Go-live in one step

An outlet goes live completely or not at all, and head office gets a task to set up its first settlement.

02

A royalty structure that never rewrites the past

Set royalties as rules — a percentage, revenue bands, which outlets they cover. Change a rule and you get a new version.

Frozen the moment it is used

Once a settlement is calculated with a rule version, that version can't be edited. A new percentage becomes version 4; August's settlement keeps version 3. Before you publish a change, the effect preview shows what it would do to each outlet.

In a spreadsheet, changing this year's royalty quietly changes last year's numbers. In SK Franchise, a settled month stays settled — the rule it used is kept with it.
03

Settlements with two signatures

Each period, a settlement run calculates what every outlet owes from its revenue and its royalty rule.

Approved twice, billed once

A settlement waits for the number of approvals your policy asks for, and the same person can't approve it twice. Once approved, it is posted to SK Billing as an invoice with GST — once, even if someone clicks twice. A posted settlement can't be edited, only replaced by a corrected one.

Royalty invoices usually go out on one person's say-so. SK Franchise needs two, and keeps the calculation that produced every invoice.

Numbered for you

Settlements and invoices get their own running numbers per org, with no gaps from retries.

Payments against what is owed

Record payments as they arrive. A payment can never exceed what is still outstanding.

recalculate

Recalculate before approval

Revenue corrected? Recalculate while it's in review. After posting, a correction is a new settlement.

04

A Marketing Fund everyone can trust

Outlets contribute; head office spends on campaigns. Every request to spend is approved, spent and reconciled on the record.

The balance accounts for what is promised

The available balance is what's in the fund minus what has already been committed to approved requests. Two people spending at the same moment can't push it below zero. Whether franchisees can see how the fund was spent is your call, and it stays off until you switch it on.

05

Agreements, payments and deadlines, per outlet

Licence renewals, agreement end dates, payment due dates — each one is tracked against the outlet it belongs to, with reminders before it slips.

Overdue is worked out, never typed in

A deadline is due, met or waived. Whether it is overdue — and by how many days — is calculated from today's date, so it is never out of date. Waiving one needs a reason, and the reason stays on the record.

One office for the whole network.

Owner, Operations, Finance and every franchisee — each sees what is theirs, on the same record.
